Structural Drawing Fees

Once you have been granted planning permission or planning consent by your local London council we are able to offer you the structural drawings you require. We will send your files to one of our approved external structural engineers.

Prices for a structural engineer vary dependant on the amount of work. However a typical application that will cost £350 + VAT will include a site visit, calculations RSJ openings, drawings, any alterations and the technical details. This will cost £350 + VAT.
