Drawing and Planning met the client at a BNI meeting at 7am on a cold rainy Tuesday morning. The client explained he wanted to divide his parent’s house into 3 Flats and asked us if we could help him gain Planning Permission. We met onsite the following day for a free consultation. After this meeting we sent a quotation to the client, to which he felt was fair, signed our Terms and Conditions and booked a Survey with our Architecture Design Department. This house was situated at the back of a railway line and parking was going to be an issue. Drawing and Planning told the client that we would propose a car free Development as transport links are excellent in that area. We then proceeded to prepare the following plans and documents:

As this development required a large rear extension, a rear dormer and creation of rear balconies, Drawing and Planning decided to submit this application firstly as a Pre-Application. After 17 revisions Camden suggested to lodge a formal full planning application. It took 12 weeks but once again Drawing and Planning had helped a client gain planning permission.
