Application: Full Planning Permission - Loft Conversion
The client contacted Drawing and Planning to enquire about getting his loft converted into a master bedroom with an en-suite. His house was Grade 2 listed like many Westminster properties, he would also require a rear and side dormer to be approved.
Usually nowadays a loft conversion would fall under permitted development but this was not the case, the client would require a full Planning Application for a listed building. Once a price was agreed and our terms and conditions signed, we started work immediately on the following drawings and documents:

These drawings took six working days to create and the client received all the documents for proofing. Once the documents and drawings had been signed off and paid for. We then proceeded to submit the Application on behalf of the client.
Three weeks after the application had been lodged the planning officer dealing with this enquiry requested a section drawing which followed in two working days. Six weeks after the application was lodged, the client had received good news.
