What is a No Win No Fee Planning Permission Application?

A No Win No Fee planning application is when Drawing and Planning will only charge you for your planning application when the planning application has been granted. However as Drawing and Planning take the application risk, our fees for a No Win No Fee will reflect this risk.

To work out the cost of a No Win No Fee, please multiply the quotation we have sent you by five (x 5) and that will be roughly the figure you will be required to pay once your application is granted. To enter into this scheme you will be required to pay a £500 deposit which will be refunded should your application not be granted.

Not every application will qualify for our No Win No Fee policy. If your application will not have a good chance of gaining approval Drawing and Planning will not offer you this method of payment.

Will Drawing and Planning Offer A No Win No Fee For Planning Permission Application Appeals?

If you have received a letter our consultants following your refusal or withdrawal please contact us for an immediate free appraisal of your planning situation. Please send us your Council name and planning case number and our experienced consultants will look over your case and get back to you with our recommendations. If there is a high chance of winning your appeal we will offer you a No Win No Fee quotation. This price is worked out in the same way as above.

Why Do I Need To Pay A £500 Deposit For The No Win No Fee Scheme?

Drawing and Planning are not a registered charity, therefore our consultants do not do work for free! Our experience has taught us that every customer who is serious about gaining planning permission or winning an appeal has no issue with paying a refundable deposit.

We feel £500 is a sum which will tell us you are a serious customer and will take our No Win No Fee service contract seriously. Unfortunately on a number of recent cases where we have not charged a deposit and customers have neglected to settle their account once planning was granted. These cases are ongoing. As you can understand we are running a business and customers failing to pay has a severe effect on us.

We trust this explains why we charge a £500 deposit for our No Win-No Fee planning permission application serivce.

What Will Drawing and Planning’s No Win-No Fee Include?

This will include the whole application from start to finish including site survey and plan, existing drawings, proposed drawings, 2D or 3D model (if required) OS map, photo survey, design and access statement and the completed application form lodged to the council.

EXCEPTIONS

The council fee is not included in the No Win-No Fee application. The council fee can run into thousands depending on the application. A typical fee for a loft conversion or rear extension is £150 - £200. Change of usage or creation of new units is between £335 - £400 per unit or change of Usage.
