The property has been Granted Planning Consent (15/04840/FUL) for "Part single, part two storey side and rear extension, roof extension involving side and rear dormers, creation of 4no. self-contained flats with associated parking and refuse storage, 2no. rooflights to side elevation".
This property has been selected by our team as it has approval for a room that has 'NO USAGE'.
